Disappointing
Location is great.
Air conditioning works poorly and is very old and noisy. Wifi was very very slow. I was not allowed to pay with a credit card despite the ad says they are accepted

The apartment Is really nice located
What i did not like was the complication in the payment:i had to pay in Advance (no problem) but It was indicated i could pay through paypal,then She wrote She could not charge everything by PayPal (?). I also did not like that apparently I could check in from 2 p.m on ,but She only wrote to me at 2 .40 p.m. (i had written in the morning After my reservation).

Spacious but empty and unwelcoming
The apartment is spacious and relatively close to the beach.
Some of the photos don't correspond to the present state of the apartment: most decoration has been removed, which combined with the flat's age and state of conservation ends up leaving it rather loveless and unwelcoming. The furniture has surely seen better days and there is only the absolute minimum equipment in the kitchen, not even a kettle or water boiler. The street is very noisy during weekdays with honking cars and constantly beeping garage doors. The owner replied always via WhatsApp but in a laconic manner, often with single, abbreviated words. The full payment had to be made in advance and a fee of 11% extra is charged if you pay via PayPal, when you don't have a brazilian bank account. For the same price one can find much better options regarding both premises and location.

Good for rest
The bed is big and confortable, I had a good rest. The location is good.
If you are not Brazilian, you will have to pay in advance via Paypal or Western Union and the price you will pay will be 14% higher than what is indicated on Booking. Bear that in mind.
